Cost for weekly rates during the months of June and September - $1400.00
Cost for weekly rates during the months of July and August - $1600.00


Mid Week Rate
Sunday to Friday - check in 4:00pm Sun
- check out 1:00pm the following Fri
Cost for mid week rates during the months of June and September - $850.00
Cost for mid week rates during the months of July and August - $1,000.00

Conditions:

- 40% non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking

- All damages are the responsibility of the renter

- Renting is limited to families (no parties)

- Cottage and environs must be left in the same condition as found (ie cleaning at the end of rental period is the responsibility of the renter).$200.00 charge will be levied if violated

- Renter assumes all liability for damage or injury during rental period

- You are required to bring your own linens
