Welcome To the Cottage

Our waterfront cottage is located on beautiful Maple Lake, 20 minutes east of Parry Sound, near the Town of Orrville.
The cottage has two completely separate units, an upper unit and a lower unit. Each unit has its own kitchen and bathroom. The upper unit has three bedrooms, the lower unit has two bedrooms. Each unit has its own deck.

Great wrap around deck ideal for lounging. Deep water off dock provides excellent swimming and fishing. Use of paddle boat and canoe. A short walk to small public sandy beach.

Walking distance to Duck Lake Store, supplying grocery/icecream/beer/wine/liquor/gas.
Close to A.T.V./ snowmobile trails (Seguin Trail), the 30,000 Islands and a 20 minute drive to the Town of Rosseau.

This cottage has been in our family for 22 years and is available for rent this summer.
